We used Platinum for all of our rental needs for our wedding in April 2011: Chiavari Chairs, table linens and lighting. The chairs were absolutely gorgeous! The delivery was prompt and the entire process was pretty simple. Cristin, the owner, acted more like a wedding planner than our wedding planner, so we gave 5 stars for going above and beyond.

I had a wonderful experience with Platinum Party Rentals. Their customer service was great from beginning to end, and they were there to answer any and all of my questions. I was searching for a very specific linen color, and they had one of the biggest selections to choose from so I could get exactly what I wanted.
I rented Tables, Chairs, Linens, China, Glassware and some lighting for my March 26th wedding, and everyhting went perfectly. All of my guests raved about how beautiful the place looked, and I could not have done it without the help of everyone at Platinum. I would recommend them to anyone in need of rental items, especially brides who need a lot of help in this area like I did!

Platinum party rentals is AWESOME! my wife and I just had our wedding and used platinum for all our rentals. We sent them a picture of how we wanted the chairs and tables arranged and they set them up exactly how we asked. We also changed our location last minute and they were very understanding due to the weather and what not. The staff was very friendly and are now in the process of preparing my brothers wedding in a few months. Very reliable company with great quality products.

Know-it-all, and boy could I not be more wrong. Not only was the staff of Platinum Party Rents helpful and knowledgeable, but Gary Zendell helped me walk out 150 dollars under budget for my event by going through every detail with me and making me aware of the vast party equipment rentals that Platinum offers at a better price than any other party rentals company in San Diego. "WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE - My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Platinum Party Rentals. Our San Diego wedding could not have been more perfect, Gary the owner was VERY accommodating. Not only did he provide a great service with beautiful chairs and a beautifully decorated arbor he even scattered rose petals leading to the altar. We were so impressed with the level of professionalism, that we even had Platinum Party Rentals set up and provide all of the tables, chairs, lighting, and center pieces (which were absolutely gorgeous) at our beach house in Mission Bay for our reception. "AWESOME SERVICE - Platinum rented me all the party rental equipment for my wedding in March at the Del Mar Powerhouse. They were awesome and their prices were wayyyyyy less than others. Their Chiavari chairs were beautiful, and like half the price of everyone else. They setup lighting, a dance floor, and they rented me all of my table linens, glassware and china. Everything looked beautiful. We shopped like every party rental company in San Diego, and at the end of the day, they were the cheapest and appeared to have their act together more than anyone else. It turned out to be the right decision."

"Look No Further! - As far as San Diego party rentals go, this is the only company I could find who would return my calls promptly, send me an itemized estimate, and take the time to explain things to me. We entertain at our house quite often, and we have tried just about everyone's party rental services. Platinum is the one we keep coming back to. The owner sits down with you in the showroom and educates you about what you are getting, rather than just quoting you a price and hanging up on you. The delivery staff is courteous and patient, and the chairs and tables are clean and sturdy. They show up on time and they don't leave until the job is done. I highly recommend this company for party rentals in San Diego."
