As a person who works in the sales industry and in customer service and with the economy being the way it is, I already prepared myself ahead of time for a pushy, over-the-top. Know-it-all, and boy could I not be more wrong. "WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE - My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Platinum Party Rentals. Our San Diego wedding could not have been more perfect, Gary the owner was VERY accommodating. Not only did he provide a great service with beautiful chairs and a beautifully decorated arbor he even scattered rose petals leading to the altar. We were so impressed with the level of professionalism, that we even had Platinum Party Rentals set up and provide all of the tables, chairs, lighting, and center pieces (which were absolutely gorgeous) at our beach house in Mission Bay for our reception. If you’re looking for party rentals in San Diego, I highly recommend Platinum Party Rentals, because they really put the customer first. "AWESOME SERVICE - Platinum rented me all the party rental equipment for my wedding in March at the Del Mar Powerhouse. They were awesome and their prices were wayyyyyy less than others. Their Chiavari chairs were beautiful, and like half the price of everyone else. They setup lighting, a dance floor, and they rented me all of my table linens, glassware and china. Everything looked beautiful. We shopped like every party rental company in San Diego, and at the end of the day, they were the cheapest and appeared to have their act together more than anyone else. It turned out to be the right decision."

"Look No Further! - As far as San Diego party rentals go, this is the only company I could find who would return my calls promptly, send me an itemized estimate, and take the time to explain things to me. We entertain at our house quite often, and we have tried just about everyone’s party rental services. Platinum is the one we keep coming back to. The owner sits down with you in the showroom and educates you about what you are getting, rather than just quoting you a price and hanging up on you. The delivery staff is courteous and patient, and the chairs and tables are clean and sturdy. They show up on time and they don’t leave until the job is done. I highly recommend this company for party rentals in San Diego."

"Hello Gentlemen - We just wanted to reach out and let you know we did the rehearsal with Lilly and Neal today. The plan currently is to set up on the far left grassy knoll of Sea Grove Park. Since weather may be a factor tomorrow, can we ask that you call us when you arrive and we can better assess the situation before formal set up begins? We will know by noon what the approach will be.
